Our body and desire are not determined by us, but by others. Women have been induced to suffer and feel despicable and suspicious by virtue of the existence of the erotic. Men have become accustomed to wrongly defining what is erotic and using it against women.  Aspire to the joy that we know we are capable of feeling.

For this collection, I created a doll inspired by Maria Bottle, a Mexican artist who is unafraid to experiment with fashion and to express her sexuality on her own terms. These ideas strongly connect with what the collection aims to communicate: freedom, self-expression, and ownership of one’s identity. Playing with this concept, I created a doll specifically for her — transforming her into her own doll and allowing her image, style, and personality to become part of the collection’s visual universe.
